Hello 2015!

Hello!

I'm a new blog, for a new year, and thought I would start by telling you my New Year's Resolutions.

My 2015 Resolutions

Get fitter: Now I get told that I'm skinny, and that I don't need to lose weight, so people get annoyed when I complain about my body. But I'm talking about toning my muscles, for example my stomach, so that I feel more CONFIDENT.

Make changes to boost my confidence: I put myself down a lot, about my appearance, because I can't help but notice what the other girls look like, even though it is just make up. So I'm going to change that by saying its ok to where make up and help make me feel nicer about myself.

Drink less fizzy drinks: They are not good for you and I want to drink lots more water (and tea!) to keep my skin good.

Try new things: Whether that's food, or a new fashion trend, I need to branch out into newer, different things. I feel that it is because I have trust issues, because I have a life-threatening nut allergy, and have only had it three years, that I just don't want to try anything new. When my parents suggest a new restaurant for a meal out, I hope I can say yes with enthusiasm. JUST SAY YES! I need to relax a bit more.
This blog is something new, and I hope I can stick with it and I know that I can speak honestly, which in some cases, I feel I cannot to my friends.

Work harder: I hope this year I can study hard and keep FOCUSED on work, because that is the main thing right now. I want to be stricter about how I spend my time, and use my free time efficiently.

Look at the bigger picture: If I am in a bad situation, I automatically point out all the nitty gritty negative things, when they don't actually matter. They add up to one big thing which is the problem, which hopefully I can get through and move on, looking at the bigger picture. LIFE. To stop worrying about all the little things in life, and live it to the full, and be the best version of me.

Now I know I'm not going to be able to do all of these to the full, but by just writing them down, (and putting it on the internet!), is going to remind me and motivate me, to stay POSITIVE. And having this blog will help me remain positive, because I have created it from the positivity and excitement that there is at the beginning of a new year!

So that's it for my first post. It is a work in progress, and I hope it will build over time!

So remember: eat, sleep, and SMILE! Because today is a new beginning.
